The writing piece depicts a state of mind that is oblivious to its sorroundings.
The mind never stops to think; even when we are asleep. How complex this mechanism is, is perhaps the biggest scientific mystery.
They say that while meditating, the mind should stop to think. Be mindless.
What is the proof that it actually happens or can it really happen?
Never mind.
When we are ease, we surprisingly don't think that much, mainly the mind is at ease, not us.
The intrinsic nature is to be lost, to be complete here and now and you suddenly become at ease. But this is a momenatry thing. Won't it get boring if we are always at ease.
Don't mind.
This is perhaps prophesising something that you are not sure of.
We are definately not timorous when we are at ease ( ok, not you but your mind.)
Why should we be? When there is ease, there is no conflict and trepidition of anytihing.
They say control the mind.
I say don't think about the mind.
You mean don't mind?
I said don't think about the mind but make use of it assidously.
Never mind.
Have you ever felt elated at almost nothing?
What is the mind doing at that moment?
Its not thinking too much, it helps us to take us to our intrinsic nature friee of preplexity and stress.
It dictates our metabolism in a great sense, it takes us through the ocean of life without looking for the shore.
The point is, the only way to grow is to "Let go".
