Man swells into frame
you know its someone
the way he puff's up
cartoon train like

Man stops, filling frame
hands on hips
a face with something to say
before returning to battle or rescue or blizzardy trek

Man turns sharp shoulders
strong back struts away
to headquarters reporting in
next assigned appearance accepted

leaving low voiced words
scratching sound, then repeated
blinks like a lever was pulled
nods across the sun

Man strobes into spots
i will fall later
into a past time
before this trouble
