April Fools

With your force on my arms crashed on the

floor,

You were on me, uninvited and unwanted.

My voice and tears rang out in silence;

only to be ignored!

Ashamed and alone; I got up and went down

the hall.

I left, but now to only find a way to

live with the memories of that day.

A day that I continue to run from, crying

into the arms of a stranger.
