Conscience State

With my body growing tired I lay down for some sleep ,
The silence it becomes me as I drift into the deep,
Growing ever lighter than the air that I breathe,
My mind needs the rest but my soul has got to leave,
As I float above my body, towards a tunnel with no end,
My conscience grasping tightly, not to let me in,

My conscience holds the fibers,
The fibers of my soul,
Then beyond my innerself,
A voice says let it go,
I turn to speak before the voice,
I ask what do you mean,
The vision there before me
was one I`d never seen,

I could feel the power as the apparition spoke,
He said to me telepathically,
CONSCIENCE wisdom is a joke,
I began to ponder upon the words which I was told,
Then the figure spoke again with knowledge for my soul,

No question left unanswered,with all that had been said,
My soul absorbed the answers as it drifted back to bed,
My journey was now over,I`m back with the cerebellum,
My innerself holds the answers knowing not to tell them,

In a conscious state I can now awake
At least thats how it seems,
But in my soul I really know that
LIFE IS JUST A DREAM !!
