Footprints In My Heart

This poem is about a girl's first love..of how she feels about the one she loves eventhough it is unrequited love..

When you've walked every path down life,
Smiled every smile there is to smile,
Cry every tear there is to be cried,
Loved every love to be found,
Missed each and every person there is,
Changed throughout all the seasons,
I hope..i hope..
If you find that you have no place to turn to,
I hope you retrace your each and every step back to my heart,
Where you shall find that the first footprints that you've left behind,
Though over the years,
Have never truly been gone..
Where you shall always stay in my heart..
For always..

Coz missing someone is a terrible feeling..knowing that he's out there..but not seeing him.. It exposes you to feelings of emptyness and you feel the cold biting loneliness..its how we grow up and how we love and if I had to choose from the beginning..I would still choose back the same path..at least, in this life, I've loved you..and no matter what happens..I'll never change..Just knowing that you're smiling out there..makes me feel warm and the memories of you and me seem to linger forever in my mind..but..how can I say goodbye to someone who was never mine? Why do tears fall down for someone who will never be mine? And I don't want to say it, coz I can't let yo go, don't want to hear it coz I don't want to see you go..but in the end..loving was never meant for keeping..I just hope that one day..you'll turn to me..like how I turn to you for guidance..so..I'll let you fly, spread your wings and fly away. Darling, my angel has flown away..goodbye, my love..you'll always be with me
