This flowed nicely. The conversation was intriguing, but when Kevin began to explain everything, I felt like it was rushed. Perhaps that was the point because they were running out of time, but perhaps you could have gone back further, had him explain things more slowly, built up the tension a bit more before having him throw everything out on the table. That way, when the puzzle was finally solved, the reader would be more shocked about what they were being told. It would have invoked a sense of sadness too had the read been more attached to the characters involved. It was very well written and it kept my attention to the end though. Good job!
