I have never written a review before, so please know this at the outset. I have clicked on 'Guidelines to Great reviewing' but nothing has opened up yet, so I'm just winging my first attempt. As I read I was impressed with the Author's knowledge of things I had no clue about. For example, armaments and the details of a destroyed environment. There were a few places where I lost comprehension from one statement to the next.. I acknowledge that may be my weakness. So, while I admire this author's knowledge and descriptive powers, I found the story line difficult. Perhaps it's because I am a woman and I found the story to be packed with testosterone. I think male readers may well enjoy this story more. I tried to stay focused with it, but found I started scanning a bit. I think I was looking for something smashing to happen and it didn't. The author described work well. It is about a mission of 8 people that went 'down the can' Dear author I believe your story will have great appeal to a younger male. I'm a senior grandmother and so I'm only reviewing my own response to your work.
