This is a great romantic story. I hope that everything has worked out for you as far as the tumor goes. My wife had a bout with cancer a few years ago and, even when they tell you everything will be okay, you still feel as if you won't be. My hardest time was wondering what I was going to do if she died. Good story.
This story is just another example of the pain and agony that Jews suffered during World War II. I must have been exceptionally difficult for a child to life through that.
