The second line is my favourite, it's lovely. From reading this, I'm picturing a girl lying on the grass in a garden, playing hooky, and reevaluating the direction her life is taking her. There's something about the sky that grounds you. Makes you realize how human and earthbound we are.
I liked it. It's friendly and conversational and I feel like I now know you a little bit better. I want to ask you questions which is always a good sign. Did your teacher really say you shouldn't draw purple trees?! How mean. I got a little bit scared when it came to the Bible bit, as a person dwelling in a fairly secular country I'm not used to Bible talk but you soon reassured me with a bit of multiculturalism. My favourite bit was "I want to play with the fish". Keep playing!
