Well, that was really good.
I think it was ever so slightly rushed, but nothing big, and we didn't get any substantial background on any of the characters, but it was still very believable.
I wish that there was a bit more world-building, all I got was that Earth was getting a spaceship built and a construction worker died in the process.
Other than that, it was very good. The description was vivid and realistic, and the dialogue wasn't forced.
I hope that you continue to write as well as this, and you have my support.
That was very inspiring and deep. One of the best dystopian short stories I've ever read!
I got slightly confused when the boy killed the man, but after reading it over a few times I got it. All in all, I loved it!
