I agree with you 100% when it comes to the death penalty. It cost alot of money to convict someone who has murderd a person. I believe that there probably have been many people put to death for something they did not do. However, when a child was sexually molested and tortured, raped, and murdered, and if the person that did the crime was convicted without a shallow of doubt, the death penalty should be enforced. These kinds of people have no place in our society. No matter if that person is in prison or out.
