My Thoughts: Wow, this story is quite interesting. I love the reference to Hell and Heaven using computer technology. A glitch and Joe winds up back on Earth. Quite interesting. I especially loved all the references to those who have done wrong while on Earth and what their fate will be. Overall, I truly enjoyed this story.
My Favorite Part: My favorite part of this story was the reference to Putin-Trump as a pigman. Not to be political, but well said, to be honest. I loved it, man.
My Thoughts: Man, this story was incredible. It had me reading and thinking the whole way through. Even though she has been dead for hours, the concept of her calling is mind-baffling. I truly enjoyed reading this piece, and it also had me thinking.
My Favorite Part: My favorite part about this story was that the paramedics said she had been dead for 10 hours and called. It is mind-baffling to me, yet enjoyable. Had she called from the other side? I truly enjoyed it.
My Suggestions: I would not change a thing. This was a fabulous tale. Well Written.
My Thoughts: This story is well-written about a little girl who has grown bitter through the years. She lacks care for her brother as he desperately calls for help while she continues to swing, not admitting her guilt to her parents. However, her payback finally comes many years later as an older woman. Well said, and it's great.
My Favorite Part: My favorite part of the story is the revenge the main character gets in the end by doing the same thing she loves to do using her swing. Well told.
My Suggestions: This story was fantastic. I would not change an absolute thing. Well told.
My Thoughts: I truly enjoyed this story. I loved how you developed Mort's character through the tragedy of a fire and how losing everything made him realize how important family and friendships are. The tragedy in the story shows how human nature can be changed when such a thing happens. Great job.
My Favorite Part: My favorite part of the story was the unique creativity Mort thought of living in the steel containers to save their and the dog's lives. Very interesting to me as this is something I did not know myself. It is always lovely learning something from a piece you read.
My Suggestions: I have none. I enjoyed the whole piece.
My Thoughts: This story was super creative, and I loved it. Count Dracula uses a unique program designed by Frankenstein to get blood without leaving and going out for his victims. How cool is that? I loved everything about it. The program was nifty, turning the victim into a pile of bones. Awesome and creative.
My Favorite Part: My favorite part of this story is when Count Dracula tastes the blood and finds the victim has no character, tosses the gauntlet, and decides to go out and find his victim the traditional way. He has no personality. Gosh, this was great. I think he did not like how the guy lived his life, maybe or maybe I’m wrong. Either way, I loved it.
My Suggestions:
My only suggestion is I get lost in some of the descriptions. I had to read this part a few times, but I did get it. Into the screen red life spiralled. Screaming, he pushed against the table. The chair rolled back on its wheels empty, the backrest bobbing. Held in the power of the whirlpool, he rose and shook in a jerky scarecrow dance; the flabby, thinning arms and legs swayed as his innards flowed in. Finally, a wrinkled bag of chalky white skin sagging over protruding bones rattled onto the floor. Overall, this was a great piece. Keep writing. You are great.
My Thoughts: I enjoyed the context of this story. I especially loved the reference to crazy Uncle Harry and that the children weren’t supposed to say that. It adds a mysterious element to the story, making me wonder why they called him that and what the secrecy was about.
My Favorite Part: My favorite part of the story is the reference to the royal family and how they think and act behind the scenes. I especially loved the whole concept of hired lip readers. Very interesting. It reminds me of a different version of the paparazzi.
My Suggestions: I wouldn’t change a thing. This story was well done and quite funny. I loved how you used the keywords for the contest to put in the story—well written, my friend.
My Thoughts: I enjoyed this story. I loved the maternal instincts presented here as the cuckoo bird returns to save their baby from the Warbler’s nest. Even though the Warbler says it is their baby and they will bring the Cuckoo bird down, I loved how it ended peacefully, with neither one getting hurt.
My Favorite Part: My favorite part of this story is the maternal instinct aspect of it. Birds, I have heard, have very intuitive maternal elements. I love how you brought this out and the animation behind it. Very creative.
My Suggestions: Well done, my friend. I love the premise and everything behind it. My only suggestion is I would love to see you add to this story, maybe a sequel, just a thought.
