I enjoyed this piece. I can totally picture this as the type of song U2 would sing. This is a really deep message being carried here- and I like the way it was conveyed. I really like the bridge- the way it varies from the rhythm of the rest of the body of the poem.
I really enjoyed this! Its a wonderful story for kids and adults alike. I read this to my nine-year-old, and he especially liked choosing (obviously) the silly ending. I loved the characters and the relevance to the season. I also enjoyed the dialogue.
I really enjoyed this poem! Thats a lot for me to be able to say, considering the topic and the fact that the love of my life completely betrayed me and left me this week. It is incredibly rejuvenating to hear about love that can last that long! I love the format of your poem- its very readable.
