WE all need to be reminded of this simple wisdom from time to time. You've done an eloquent job of expressing a common plight, which is what poetry is all about! My favorite part of the poem is the last two lines. Rhythmically, it provides a nice closure to the piece. My suggestion would be to really concentrate on your stops throughout to make sure that you want the reader to stop at each line break and pause at each comma. Thanks for stopping by my port; I'll be back to review more later!
