This poem is a joy to read. It flows beautifully and is well written. I can connect with the poem on a very personal level as I am sure anyone who has lost someone important to them could as well. I really like the verse But with great poise and charm divine she flitters through the hands of time. I look forward to reading more of your writing! Well Done

I enjoyed reading this poem very much, it flows and easy to read. I can connect with the poem as I have lved through four hurricanes and witnessed first hand the damage they can inflict on our surroundings. I think I would have enjoyed another verse that tells us it was hurricane Irene which changed your favorite place. And the feeling you had when you witnessed the aftermath.
