I think I am getting what you are trying to convey here, however, the factual elements are wrong and you could make it more believable with just a few changes.

The Asteroid belt is between Mars and Jupiter - nowhere near Saturn, and actually not very thick.
You refer to Saturn's rings as belts, true in a sense but will confuse most readers.

Saturn has 62 known moon's, perhaps you could choose one for a bit more believability?

You also refer to the moon as a planet mistakenly in the story.

A nice piece which I think a little research will really enhance.
