I REALLY want to know what Dave's condition is, and what he thought he had! You sucked me in with this piece. Dave's train of thought is a very realistic. My friend commented that when she had a breast cancer scare that turned out to be a cyst, she had almost the excact train of thoughts. Very insightful and enjoyable!
