What an inspiring piece - is this a true story - if so, I would love to know if Donna gets better from h er paralysis - this is a really heartwarming piece - one that makes you cry - it was so beautifully written - and the imagery was perfect to the spot - I could visualize the hospital -
I loved this piece - it had this great sentimental value = and I really appreciated it - you could identify with the main characters = and I was hoping that there would be more - so that I could follow their newfound relationship - This piece was well written and easy to follow.
I really liked this piece - and I agree with you - that writing about one's pain will touch somebody else - my poetry has been my refuge - for the varying emotions that I often feel - I think writing is a great salvation for the pain that we feel - and you have done this so beautifully - your expression is perfect - and from a poetic standpoint, this is written excellently.
I really liked this a lot - I do not know much about Native American history, etc., but reading this in the piece was lovely. Your descriptions and imagery bring this whole culture to life. I liked how you brought in the other sources as well - it was a great educational experience.
I really liked this poem - it reeks of emotion and I identify with the protagonist - the formatting and rhythm of the poem are excellent and make it easy to navigate the piece. Your paragraphing is good, but somehow I might have split the paragraphs up a little more - that might just be a personal thing.
This is really amazing - it is a pleasure to read such family values in a time when we wonder if they exist -what made you choose the pseudonym that you have chosen - I am Jewish - and I thought that monks do not marry - that being said - I really liked this piece a lot.
This was an interesting piece - and you cerainly grasped the imagery very well - I know of a lot of heterosexual women who have found solace in lesbian bars - even if they do not identify themselves as lesbians - my only comment on this piece is regarding the punctuation and paragraphing - both of which I think need to be in the poem to tighten the piece up just a bit.
I really liked this piece - it was written well - and it exuded a lot of emotion - I could really feel the angst and desperation - and yes I identified with it immensely - from a poetic standpoint it had good rhythm and flow - I just would comment that there should be some punctuation - and the singular I is capitalized - particularly in a piece as intense as this.
I hate to sound silly - but this sounds like a plot from the Seinfeld serues - but seriously - this is a great piece of work - it is well written - and gives the reader a lot to ponder over - I struggle with writer's block - and it frustrates me when I can not write - but you have made the difficult seem simple - and in an elegant way.
This was a really nice piece - I am not familiar with this genre - and would love to know more about it - I liked the way you had the silenc talking - italicizing what it was saying as if it was an animate object = I could feel the silence through your descriptions and imagery.
I was very moved by the title and commentary of this poem - when I read it I was not disappointed - your imagery and description are really good - and your rhythm and flow are great - the message of the poem is so true - and could be used as a mantra for a lot of people.
I really liked this piece - and I was grateful for the glossary at the bottom - I think that we all meet eccentric individuals such as the protagonist that you describe in this story - and despite, or in spite of everything we are enamored by them. Your character description is flawless, and this piece was so much fun to read.
Oh how I identified with you - I hate father's day - since my father died - and I had such a special relationship with my dad - this piece reeks of emotion - and I can feel your relationship that you had with your father = the imagery is really special - and the formatting and structure are just great.
I really liked this piece - I am a traditional Jew - and though I do not believe in Jesus the way you do - I really identified with this piece immensely - it gives great hope to those who feel lost and are looking for a sense of deity in their life. You are a very good writer and from a literary perspective, this is beautifully written. You show your true religiosu passion.
How did you learn all these languages? It makes the poem very interesting - I wish I understood all of these languages - it feels like a UN type of poem - inclusive of all nationalities - I liked the rhythm and flow of this piece - I guess my only regret is that I do not understand all of it to give it a true review
I was really moved by this piece - your usage of the biblical text combined with your poetic talent is special and it makes for a great liturgy - you have a great flair for the poetic word - from a purely non-religious point of view, this was a great piece of work, having good rhythhn and flow - The imagery was special and I felt like I was a member of the wedding.
I think this is a great idea = I did not know that you wanted us to do this - for me, this website has reinvented my writing passion and made me rediscover my sanity = I am so grateful for this - and would like to help in whatever way that I can - I am not sure I know the best way - but I will try.
This was a brilliant idea - it is food for thought - and on a writing website, it is even more powerful - your expression, through this exercise, and through your work, has inspired me tremendously to write even more = so, I truly appreciate what you have done.
This is sensational - you are a great writer - and you are particularly great when you write from the heart = I identified so much with the piece, even though I have limited things in common with you - but I liked the quote and realize that it is something that can motivate me when I can get into my borderline personality space.
This is great - I liked the content of the piece = we need to constantly remember things that we are thankful for - it is easy, particularly in this day and age to go amiss about that - I liked the formatting of the piece - the acrostic formulation
This was a very moving piece - and the picture that goes along with it is equally as moving - there is an intensity to the piece that is tough - making it emotional and painful to read - and giving the reader an ability to identify with the writer. I liked this very much
This is an interesting poem - I like the way that you use the word they - it almost has a liturgical feel to it - the imagery is really good - you can feel the build up - and you wonder who the reference you are referring to is. I really like your work - and look forward to reading more of it
I really liked this piece = I work with the formerly and presently homeless population - and I do not envy your position - but I empathize totally with you and give you a lot of credit for your journeys - you depict this beautifully on paper and I am glad that I read it - I look forward to reading more of your work
I really liked this piece - in a time where we are fighting 2 unnecessary wars - it rings a poignancy to those of us who fortunately have not lost a dear one - I give you my condolences - from a poetic standpoint - this was fabulous - the rhythm and flow it perfectly and the imagery with the poppies rung special - I look forward to reading more of your work
This is a great piece - I love all of the work that you do - this piece has loads of emotion and spirituality in it - and I can identify immensely with it - I grew up in an Orthodox home - and I relied on Gd for a lot of my strength - as an adult, I have redefined my relationship with Gd to a place that works for me - and that is OK - your journeys in your life are a true inspiration to all that read your works - this particular piece was beautifully written and a pleasure to read
