I used to work in a salon until I got married and had a baby. Are you a stylist too? I've been considering writing some beauty articles myself.

I'm glad to see an article that *correctly* explains how to apply mascara. I'm surprised at the number of people that don't know how to do it. I never thought about using an eyelash curler just after a hot shower.

I think the type in your article should be changed to black. It's easier on the eyes.

In your next-to-last sentence, you accidentally misspelled "base" as "bash."

Very emotional and to the point. I especially liked the last line, "And I will tell you." It not only wraps up the whole thing, but gives the reader/listener a final, and in some ways, more powerful statement of independence.

I agree with your teacher. It has a good rhythym and I like the unstructured free verse form you've used.

This is a good poem, but I feel that some of the lines need some smoothing over so it will flow better.

I enjoyed reading this. Your descriptive language made me feel like I was looking at a photograph, especially in "Honeysuckle."

I feel like you should separate each of the pieces by underlining, bolding, or using quotation marks. Just my opinion.
