I saw this in the "Read a Newbie" section, and the title looked interesting.
And it very much was.
I loved how you describe the connection between the mother and child, just by the language they share.
I also enjoyed how well detailed the alien creature seemed.

This was a different kind of poem then what I usually see, but it's a good different.
I like how you put the definitions at the bottom, it makes it easier for me to understand the poem.
