This is really a true story? Very, very interesting! Not to sound stereotypical but are you from a southern state? I'm just curious.

I have to say that I liked the way you got right to the "meat" of the story. I also enjoyed how, atleast to me, it seemed like you were rushing from one point to another in this story. Again wasting no time!
Great story, well, sad that the story is about the misfortune and the pains of a child dealing with his/her parents divorce but very well written and very descriptive.
I noticed that you said in the brief decription that you wrote for your school newspaper, named "The Crimson Pride". May I ask what high school in Wisconsin that is the newspaper for? I am from Wisconsin and graudated in 1992. My former school's paper was also called "The Crimson Pride".

Being from Wisconsin myself I hear of these accidents too often. Living in central Wisconsin I hear of this happening and hope that it isn't someone I know or knew. Thank you for writing such a descriptive story of what goes through the thoughts and feelings of the EMTs that are out saving the lives of people.

As a Quantum Leap fan, it is excellent to see someone write an episode that would be as good as anything that was actually made into a real episode. I never really watched the show when it was on primetime but I did watch it when it used to be on the USA Network in the 90s. I actually have all but 3 or 4 episodes on video tape. Reading your story took me back to the nights when I used to watch Quantum Leap. I could actually picture Sam and Al and everyone back at the Quantum Leap project facility. I could also picture Zoe and Thames and remembered the particular episodes that they appeared. In so many words your story was just AWESOME!!!!
I do have ONE question, will you be writing or have you written the next episode "No Time Like the Present
"? I can only hope so!
