Wow this short story was really good, the characters were really realistic, I assume the story is set in England because in Australia you are on benefits if you don't have a job no matter what. I would really like to see a full book about the life of Jimmy, it could be a really good satire novel.
This is a good short story, but I feel it could have been slightly longer as it feels the story is foreboding something bigger that is to come, but than again I am not one to read many short stories.
I really liked the descriptive language used in the story, but I feel the story created way more questions than it actually answered.
anyways I really liked it, not really much more to say.
