This is a beautiful piece, the imagery and emotion is powerful. I really enjoyed it and hope to see more of it!

I hope your enjoying the site; I too am a 'newbie' and I'm just starting to learn about all this site has to offer. Works such as this make it really worth reading and reviewing others writing.

As far as suggestions, I don't think I can offer any-- this is exceptional writing. I would like to see what caused your character to surface from her drug induced haze.
