W.D. Wilcox,
Ha, ha, ha! That was great! I was a little slow to catch on to the identity of his father so I found that a comical twist. I loved your descriptions, and that was a perfect end picture! Great work!

W.D. Wilcox,
That was the best story I've read in a long time! I was busting up laughing. I read Tolkien's books when I was about ten, and again when the movies came out because I love his stories. You did a marvelous parody! French and Saunders (a British show) did a good parody a while ago too. You should see it sometime.
Your version though had its own special "flavor", and I loved it! Excellent writing. I'm so glad that angelterra told me about it!

Dottie,
Lovely memories! The times you played at your high school sound fun. I learned a little piano at school, but we didn't have one at home. We had an organ, but I would have loved a piano. I always picture the family gathered around it singing.

Dottie,
What a wonderful glimpse into life then! Well although I'm sure you would have been embarrassed if anyone saw your pajamas it wouldn't have been so bed, but luckily no one even saw. You handled that beautifully.

Dottie,
My father worked alot too, but when he finally retired I started seeing more of him and I'm thankful for that. While of course you regret not knowing your father more before he died, what you do remember seems warm and happy. Thank you for sharing your memories of him.

The StoryMaster,
You have given me some great ideas to hone my reviewing skills and have inspired me to go out and review more. Great writing!
