This is a fun project, and I am glad I took part in it. The story is an exciting adventure and a great mystery all in one. I hope to see this continue to grow into an excellent story over time. There are some clever twists and turns, leading ever into the unknown.
The characters are fun and expressive and full of life. Hopefully that mad scientist, or whoever may be behind this catastrophe, is soon caught... once he/she has been invented.
Wonderful work on everyone's part.
An excellent example of how religion or spirituality can help people move forward, but also how others can use it for their own gains. "Find your own worth" it seems to say, "for no man on earth can pave your way."
I believe on line 5 "youngish man" would be better read as "younger man".
Your poem felt real and heartfelt, then twisted around with humour and wit. It kept me rooted, each interaction delivering its own message. Excellent work!
This was well worth the read. I tittered most of the way through, your prose is quite humorous, especially the bit about a peppered nose. One issue I caught was line 22, you used "run" when the rest of the poem is generally past tense. Excellent work all around. You've put alien abductions into a brilliant new light for me.
I love the second one. It is rife with dramatic irony and is quite dark. The third story is also quite ironic, especially in contrast with the first. They each tell me to trust no one, but the second is the best delivery of the message that a friendship cannot exist where terms are involved. Excellent work
