A smile came upon my face, not by force, but by genuine interest in this piece. I love the detail and imagination brought about. The thought of having a druid-esque caricature in a poem such as this, makes my night (I'm keen to playing them in rpgs). Kudos.
I would love to read a novella with this incorporated into it. Cliff hangers are always welcome into my reading abode of reading material and this is a prime example of a piece which could be turned into a short story or full blown novel. I'm giving kudos for the fact that I cannot write fantasy fiction at all and applaud anyone who can.
