Very powerful writing...the premice reminds me of an old movie I saw years ago called West Side Story. Have you seen it. You'd like it it you haven't ..very heart wrenching ..have a box of tissues on hand you'll need them...Great writing.
You really should give blood...It'll save lives and make you feel so good about yourself...and think of all the enjoyment you'll get from watching your blood running down that rubber hose filling a pint bag full. They give you drinks and cookies and a nice decorative bandage to sport around with later so you can pass on the good word when anyone asks about the it... that you're a blood donar and helped save three lives today.
Aside from the great writing, there is a great message here, and for me I would hate to dash the dreams of my princess. There's a lot of temptation out there, and I know I would never want to hurt my beautiful wife like the fictional character in your poem, which sadly happens all the time. It's so sad you almost made me cry.. if i didn't stop myself I probably would have. For a little girl to grow up and dream of her knight in shining armour and to find him and then to be let down in such a terrible way..it's so tragic. Thank you
Warren
This is the most original piece of writing I've read yet. The garden as seen by a gnome and the message of hope in the small everyday things around us magnified to full glory. A whole new perspective. Beautiful writing
strange how an ensamble of precisely crafted words can have an effect on the erogenous zones(manhood)..quicken the heartbeat and arrouse the senses...steamy and erotic
beautiful imagery you painted there...I've been to there many times...I'd love to use your name Katie Belle in a script I'm writing if it's ok with you ..it's probably not your cup of tea..and I wouldn't blame you for not permitting me.
