Very informative read. It definitely inspires to read more out of curiosity on the readers own time. Although I'm not a nutritionist or anything, I'm curious why it refers to sugar as being bad but then states that Gatorade is a good drink when it contains 34g of sugar per 20 oz bottle. I liked the information given about sleep in that being passed out isn't restorative sleep and the special note at the end.
I know at the top it says this is addressing how people overthink simple situations, but I really interpret this as a look into how it feels to deal with depression. (I say that because it is something that I can completely relate to and this resonated with me.) I really like it. Some of the lines don't have punctuation but that's really the only thing I can make much of a comment about. It feels personal, like you have lived through this feeling.
