Over the past year, I lost a total of 36 pounds! I reached my goal in only one year, and I have maintained that loss for the last 6 months. Yay me! I'm really happy about this. All I did was get my wonderful hubby to buy me a SmartPhone, then I downloaded an app that I had heard about on TV shows multiple times: LoseIt! And I started counting calories and doing a bit of exercise, not much. And I made sure to stay below my calorie budget every day. That's all. It was super easy! I'm really happy with it, so I thought I'd share. I know everyone has a hard time, espc. at holiday time. Seasons Greetings! |
