To err is human, indeed...but to grow, and to improve is also human. In as far back as one can gaze into the annals of mankind's history, we as a species have grown, improved, and devolved. When will Mankind experience that collective 'Aha!' Moment, that moment that defines us not as various cultures and countries...but as a community of Human Beings, part of something greater than ourselves, citizens of this beautiful planet we so lovingly call Earth. Is it possible to cast our differences aside, is it possible to swallow pride, and stomp out envy? Are we capable of seeking nothing more than contentment as a community? Must it always be for more power, more wealth, more...more...more...must it always be so self satisfying?

If mankind will not hold a hope for itself, then perhaps we must hold a hope for ourselves. Mankind cannot change, if we do not first look inwardly, if we do not first become the Change we wish to see. We are mankind, all of us combined, all over the world. No one is alien to the other, for we are all designed the same inside. Why, then...why must it be such a struggle...
