🌸 pwheeler love, joy, peace made a post about achieving better sleep: "The Bard's Hall, June 2024: Entry 1 - Sleep Journal"  included a link of a quiz that tells you your circadian rhythm. I'm a dolphin. Only 10% of the population are dolphins and have the most complex and erratic sleeping patterns. (I've known that since I was a teen *Rolling*).
