Hi FanFicLady Author Icon! The Community Newsfeed is a great place to ask other writers to read/review your newly written work. To make it easier for us to look at the new stories you're referring to (and more likely that we'll stop scrolling to check it out) would be to make a link to the actual new item or items in your post.

To do this, you've got two options. If you type in {item:#######} with the item number in place of the #s, you'll get a simple link with the story's title; type in {bitem:#######} and you'll get a flashier version. Here's an example:
