It was an interesting day, I met the surgeon doing my knee replacements. I knew they were hurting, my body isn't young anymore I just didn't expect to hear how bad they were. The rate I'm going this body will be like a 30 year old. Hope all is well with you.

With politics creating division, propaganda at an all-time high, and war running rampant, these are depressing times. Write a poem about trying to reach someone unreachable. What emotions run wild? Where are there? Why is it so important to connect with them?

i submitted two entires for the 8th and 10th day but missed the 9th day. I will resend them on the forum for the write from the heart I will write something soon
