Not as far as I'm aware!
Hello Newbie. Just stopped by to wish you the best in your writing here and drop a little encouragement where I can. I periodically check out the new kids on the block and today I have visited a few. Hope you enjoy your stay. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours.

Hey, Writing.com community!

I’ve been reflecting a lot on my writing journey lately, and I’m thrilled (and a little nervous!) to share that I’m taking the next big step: I’m starting to explore the process of finding a literary agent! 🚀

As writers, we pour our hearts and souls into our stories, and the idea of having an agent who believes in my work and can help me navigate the world of publishing is both exhilarating and daunting. I know this journey will require patience, research, and persistence, but I’m ready to dive in!

I'd love to hear from you if you’ve gone through the process or have tips, resources, or even stories to share. This community has always inspired and supported me, and I’d be so grateful for any advice.

Here’s to the next chapter (literally)! Thanks for being part of this journey with me. 😊

Thank you very much. Happy to be here.
Hello, my name is Edward Bowers.

I just joined this community today. And I am trying to figure out how it all works.

I am a self published author on KDP. And for the past 15 years, I have been working on improving my writing. I started off with self-help books, and now I have started to write fiction. Horror books as well as dark fantasy. Could anybody help me, understand better how to get beta readers to let me know if my current books are worthwhile?
