Watch tv. Read books or comics, play video games. You'll take in a whole bunch of fiction, and surely some inspiration will mix around in your head.
Write the story that you always wanted to read.

Remember being younger and talking to your friends about, "Wouldn't it be cool if...?" Write it up! *Smile*
