I miss you. *Sad* *Heart*
I am Deanna/itchy water's cousin/best friend. She knew she wouldn't live to be very old (she was 32) and asked that when the day came, that I would let yall know. Deanna went to be with God on Sept 8. Thank you all for giving her a wonderful place to write. She loved all of you very much.

My deepest condolences. Deanna was a shining light. It was too short a time here, but I am so lucky to have known her.
I remember talking with her a few years ago about her handle name. She was so polite. God be with her, and God bless her. Anthony.
*Cry*
l will miss you
Deanna Leigh Richard Deanna, 32, went to celebrate with her Savior on September 8, 2014, after living a selfless life aimed at helping others and serving God. She is survived by her loving parents, Mark and Tracy Richard, brother Beau and wife Laura Richard, grandparents Elvis and Joy Richard, Lois Long, Henry Veit and wife Janet, nephews Hunter and Cole Richard, best friend and cousin Lyndsay Crowe, aunts and uncles Sally Knowles, Kelly and Danny Bradshaw, and Ty Ann and Tom Noyes, along with numerous cousins and loved ones. Deanna attended The University of Houston where she graduated in 2005 Magna Cum Laude and was honored with a lifetime membership in Psi Chi Honor Society. She worked as a nanny to wonderful children and at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services as a Kinship Development Worker. She enjoyed spending her time studying the Bible, helping the homeless, writing poetry and loving her beloved cat, Violet. To continue her passion, Deanna would request donations be made to the Star of Hope Mission at https://www.sohmission.org Deanna's aspirations were not of this world, but rather, she strived to do what was pleasing to Him. I am very sorry to hear this. Deanna touched many on this site with her beautiful poetry. She will be missed not only for what she wrote and what she did, but for who she was. I am glad that she is with the Lord, whom she loved so much, in a better place. Rest in peace, Deanna.
