Check with the Technical Support forum, if you're still struggling. You can find it under Writing.Com Tools on the left side of the computer screen...which is apparently the view you have on your phone ATM. Near the bottom of the popup that appears, you'll see Help: Technical. Click that.
Good luck! I hate doing WdC on my phone, so I would imagine doing it on your phone when it won't even go to the mobile view is way worse!
