Maryann, most of those, if not all are true for me.
I often have to rush to an appointment. Then suddenly, I realise I either can't find my shoes, keys, or sunglasses. Hopefully, not all three.
The shoes should have been right by the front door, because we take them off after entering. Plus someone's at the front door, my phone is ringing.
I open the door, shoo the person away, answer the phone. " Sorry i cant talk right now ". I'm literally running out the front door, bags in my hands, yet the person on the other end still keep talking, and is asking me questions. I can't even make out what they are talking about.
As a last resort, I just say, "Sorry, I have to go. Bye." I hang up and turn the phone off. Hey, they can't say I didn't warn them. Whew! I'm finally on my way.
In hindsite, I shouldn't have even answered. After all, it could have been a telemarketer or those pesky scammers.
Your daughter is gorgeous and her singing is powerful.
Forgotten but found! I need to weed my port. I shall surely find forgotten poems, books, thoughts. Yesterday a prompt was used for a blog contest. I didn't like it; but today I read that the original was submitted by me! So much for my memory. I need a backup.
That last one is so true for me. Caitie has started labelling it "Mum's curse". I'm really fussy about foods and generally only like one flavour in a range, so that's the one they stop making.
