Is there someone that I refuse to forgive? Am I holding onto any grudges or bitterness?" I hope not. I work the twelve steps in my daily life, which are Christian living principles. One of them is not to hold onto grudges. Holding a grudge is like drinking poison and expecting somebody else to die. It's self-defeating. I ruminated about a cousin one time. I lost sleep over a fight we'd had. When I finally made peace with him I admitted that I had lost sleep over it. He had never given it a second thought! Good for him, bad for me. Thank you again Princess Megan Snow Rose for covering for me. I think we need to switch shifts and let me take Monday-Wednesday. Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday are chapel nights for me now. Write about this in your Blog entry today." I know the Apollo astronauts experienced "Earthrise" when they orbited the moon. Buzz Aldrin said it was the "highlight" of his life and he became depressed after returning to earth. I can imagine that would be very depressing and I can guess that many people who ride Space X will also realize that being "out of the world" is the biggest thing they'll ever do as well. That could be depressing. |
