Blog City image small Prompt: "She stopped to pick up the hitchhiker despite her parents warnings. What harm could an old woman do?"

I just got through writing 18 pages of research papers so my muse has pretty much dried up. However I can relate a pretty interesting story here. A man stopped and picked up a little old lady who was walking by the road. He thought it unusual for an old lady to be walking and it was threatening bad weather. Despite his misgivings and his wife's warnings he stopped. The little old lady got in the car and they drove off. He watched her in the mirror and accelerated to cruising speed of 55 MPH. Suddenly the little old lady said "Thank you" and disappeared from sight!

God says to be careful not to forget strangers because in so doing we often entertain angels without knowing it. However God is sensible and knows the world is becoming dangerous and we don't want to tempt fate.
