My reading and writing capers. What am I reading and writing?
Welcome to my reading and writing blog. I love reading short stories and have always wanted to write my own, now after many months I've written one. (gulp!). Now I'm ready to share my first and other attempts here for all to see.

Finally... I can sit down and put my second short story together. The main problem is time... There is just not enough of it these days. Anyway I've started it, lets see where this one goes...

Lost Property - Part 1 Open in new Window. (18+)
Part 1 - A chance meeting on a train that leads to a double cross and death
#2324956 by Bill Whyte Author IconMail Icon

A man is in a desperate hurry to catch a train to London. During the journey, his fortunes change dramatically after a group of passengers forget their bag. There is more in the left behind property than Tom bargained for, so much so that it changes his life especially when the owners of the bag catch up with him and deliver him a message. The owners of the lost property are not as united as they first might appear. There is danger, intrigue and shifting allegiances in this short story of drugs, money and gruesome death.

It's in 4 parts of about 1800 or so words. Let me know.
