I didn't have that problem with a parent, thank God. My oldest son was an alcoholic who refused help or to seek help.

Triggered my memory of having a Bank of Montreal account, ages ago.

I use a local bank where they know my face; but, identity theft goes far beyond that. One thing about WDC I like is that much of my writings are here which gives me a fighting chance to retrieve what I've written and a chance to prove that anything I've written is mine.

As for passwords... I can't remember them all. So, yeah, some are far too simple and others are written down. I use my WDC account daily. That helps.

. I actually like the song... and sometimes its good to get the blues out of you so that the sun can shine again.

Those two songs are my blues tunes.

After I listen to them it is often good to listen to something upbeat like Overcomer.

"I was just joking!" would be my pick too. I have some family members who deliver horrible insults then act like anyone who reacts without a hearty laugh has no sense of humor and / or is stupid. It's mean all around.

Yes, number 8 is senseless. It only shows how flimsy and empty the ideas or the talk of the person who says it. Mostly, I shrug such cliches off.

Oh Canada. I can breath a sigh of relief... I am almost home... well, closer to home. I live about an hour and a half to the west, but I love Toronto so having a chance to stay over and explore is great. The Weston Harbour Castle... I believe I walked in there back in the 80's for a cup of coffee and got a tiny little cup for $2.50 without refills. I was in my early twenties at the time, still in university, and I thought that was way too exuberant for a single cup of coffee. That was thirty years ago... long before Starbucks and their $6 coffee creations. At least the $6 atrocity is 20 oz, that little cup was barely 250 ml.... 8 oz!!!!
As for the Conservatory of Music... I may have been there.... years ago when I was part of a larger choir - our high school joined several choirs to perform Andrew Lloyd Weber's Requiem at Roy Thompson Hall - back in 1985?? I think we had a few practices in here... checking out the acoustics. Amazing, by the way.

This is the song I picked, but to be honest, I did not listen to the whole thing.... because I did not care for it.
