I've been a writer since I learned how to hold a pencil. I have kept a self indulgent journal of my life for nearly two decades and written bad, melodramatic poetry about my personal tragedies since the age of fourteen. I am heavily influenced by all the classical literature and Babysitters Club books I read as a child. In addition, I also enjoy making up children's stories for my stepson (a relatively new creative outlet for me). |
