Born in Kentucky but moved to Indiana when I was a baby. For about 12 years, I was raised up on a diary farm. I got into every kind of menace, such as sniffing gas and climbing the roof of that huge barn. At 13 the family moved back to Kentucky. I was drafted into the army in 1969 while Viet Nam was still in full swing. I started college in 1971 where I had the turn around in English by writing poetry in couplets. Call it a mood swing but reading Stephen King turned my head to the shadows. |
When the skeletons rattle in the closet, I've got my ear pressed to the door. Sometimes I nearly go deaf hearing the razz. |
