| I was raised in Roan Mountain, Tennessee. I studied English and Spanish at East Tennessee State University as an adult. I had the opportunity to study in Scotland, Ulster, Peru and Ecuador. These experiences had a profound effect on me. They were very mind expanding experiences. I discovered in college that I have some small talent for writing, but never really did anything with it. I have now made it a goal to develop this God given talent. |
| I mostly write short, scary stories, but I plan to try some other things. |
| I enjoy studying history, anthropology, folklore and other cultures. |
