About Me
Hello. I'm a new writer, literally -excuse the pun. An avid reader, I've decided it's time to write, and gain the same excitement and adventure I've previously gained from reading!
Type of Writer
I do like mysteries and stories about everyday life, our struggles and small achievements.
Writing Style
I enjoy making characters come to life. Where the reader can relate to what my character is thinking and reacting to.
Interests
I do enjoy the outdoors, hiking, but not camping! I have previously played bagpipes and would like to learn piano and the saxophone.

Favorite Genres
I like to read science fiction, crime and mysteries.
Favorite Books
The Bourne Identity. Just the right amount of complexity, a fantastic premise and plot. I thought the movie version was a little disappointing, although well produced and directed I suppose.
Favorite Authors
Robert Ludlam, Alister Maclean and Isaac Asimov.
Favorite Quote
"If you can meet with triumph and disaster, And treat those two imposters just the same." Rudyard Kipling: If. A great way of living your life. Don't take things for granted, keep working on things.
Favorite Music
Blues, Heavy rock. Bagpipe music. Saxophone.
Favorite Movies
The boy in striped pyjamas. We were talking about it for days, so it must have been good!
