I have always lived in Canda and am attending the University of New Brunswick. I have always had an interest in writing, but only recently began to think it could be an occupation later in life. For now, I want to get a well-paying job to support my church and future family. My writings are mostly to practice and build my ability for when I have more time. If I write, I want it to be about promoting moral messages and raising discussions around important topics. |
I write to communicate messages or beliefs that I have through parable while having fun with the imaginative side of fantasy. |
I put down a path for the story to go before I write it. I focus heavily on character exploration and worldbuilding. |
Biblical discussions, collaborative world-building, oral storytelling, both giving and receiving constructive criticism via reviews, and connecting with other people who like to write (I don't know many IRL). |
High fantasy, Sci-fi, adventure, mystery, intrigue, political philoshopy, friendship, family, action |
Darkstalker, War & Peace, Mistborn, Speaker for the Dead, Holes, All Quiet on the Western Front, Return of the King, Whitefang, the Bone graphic novels, the Rule of Three, Artemis Fowl, Rangers Apprentice, and Leviathan series. |
C.S. Lewis, Tui. T. Sutherland, Tolstoy, Tolkien, Jack London, Orson Scott Card, Brandon Sanderson, Bill Bryson, Jeff Smith, Eric Walters, John Flanagan, Scott Westerfield, and many more. |
I'll admit I'm not much of a poetry connoisseur, but I have been exposed to Shakespear and Robert Burns in school and historical work. I liked what I read but prefer other forms of literature. |

Anything that isn't mumble-rap, screamo-metal or otherwise emitting words that I can't hear/understand and may contain unhealthy messages. I like to know what I'm feeding my mind. |
