Summary of this Book...
The Librarian of Crooked Lane is a cozy mystery. I enjoy the magic in it, even the fact that it wasn't overdone to the point of being unbelievable. The development of the plot and characters made the story believable. It seemed obvious that this was an introduction to the Glass Library, and I will probably read the next book in the series.
This type of Book is good for...
those who like to read about magic and magical things.
I especially liked... | ||
how two seemingly unlikely characters come together to find a painting that has magical properties, and to find out about Sylvia's past.
I didn't like... | ||
the love scenes, they were a little too sappy for my taste, but that's my personal preference when it comes to romance.
When I finished n/a this Book I wanted to...
look up the next book in the series to see if I want to read it.
The n/a of this Book... | ||
very cleverly put this story together.
I recommend this Book because...
it is fanciful, it has a mystery and magical beings. There is danger as Sylvia digs into her past, because there are powerful beings that want to stop her from finding out how powerful she really is.
