This book is about a couple, Saffron, who goes by Saffy and her boyfriend, Tom. They move into a house and start renovating. Builders dig in the back yard and find the remains of two bodies. The police are calling, of course, and an investigation is started. Well, it turns out the bodies have been buried for about 30 years. Police want to find the former owner to ask some questions. It turns out the former owner is Saffy's grandmother, Rose, who is in a hospital with dementia. But when Saffy starts making visits to see her, it is clear she knows something.

anyone who loves a good murder mystery full of plot twists.

I love stories with unexpected endings. This one didn't disappoint me. I was left sitting at the edge of my seat with all the twists and turns in this mystery.

awkwardly-written sentences, incomplete sentences and missing commas, disrupting the flow of sentences. I found myself having to rereading sentences. Apart from that, I enjoyed the book very much.
