This is a biography of Michael Landon. It picks up when he was born in Oct 1936 and takes the reader through his death. It talks about how his childhood, finding work in Hollywood, Gunsmoke, Little House on the Prairie, and his life as a husband and father.

For a good overall understanding of the type of life Michael Landon lead.

For me, I learned a lot about Michael Landon, his beginning, his life in Hollywood, and how he treated that fame.

I wanted to find another book about him, but I don't think there is. Michael Landon was an interesting person.

Hopeful. He had a hard beginning but I think he always tried to find the good in people.

is Aileen Joyce. I honestly don't know much about her, but her writing style is easy to read.

There are pictures in the book which is nice. I read the mass market paperback that I had to find on Ebay since it wasn't available on Amazon. That said, I will confirm it's out of print. I was interested in finding out more about Michael Landon as I just went to the Little House on the Prairie reunion. The book was published in August 1991, shortly after his death.
